The quest for 90% (again)

It's been a while since I bored you (and scared myself) with some figures so I thought I'd give it a whirl. Here is a list of ALL the games I am missing points on, including DLC, in the hopes it will spur me into action. The odds are slim but there you go.

I actually copied this list from an earlier post made months ago and the really worrying thing is just how many games are still on here, ha ha! Not a lot of progress has been made clearly, although I have shifted a few titles - though seemingly added far more to replace them.

I'd also point out that I own a ton of games that have never even been in my machine, so they will no doubt be added to this list at some point. The horror.

Yikes!!!!

Well isn't that depressing - especially considering the fact that I was only missing about 12k in points about a year ago. Still my completion % has remained about the same and this time I have added on all of the games that I'm missing DLC on - whether I plan on doing them or not. Things like Fifa 09, PSU and Tomb Raider are unlikely to ever be touched again.

The three games marked with a * are going to be stuck that way forever, as the Chromehounds servers got shut down and I need a US xbox to get the other achievements. So I will NEVER have 100% completion no matter what.

The arcade games are my first, and easiest, priority. As most of them can be finished off in double quick time without much need for effort. Only Geometry Wars and Texas Hold'em are problems but not ones I really care about, ha ha!

With a possible 28553 points to go at, without ever playing a new game, then I have my work cut out for me. Though interestingly xbox.com only says I have an available 27028 - so it is obviously not counting certain DLC for some reason - odd!

Considering I need 2135 points to move up even 1% then things become troublesome, as I will need to snag nearly 6500 points to hit the 90% mark. Egads. That pesky 500 can easily be done by finishing off a few arcade games, which would leave me with a cool 6k out of everything else I own, which will mean finishing off a substantial amount of my backlog and then scrabbling around for the rest of the points I'm missing. Not to mention the fact I'll no doubt add new games to make my life that much harder.
